The ASLab research work has several
research lines sharing the common central objective of autonomous systems (the objective of the long-term project ASys).
The different activities are typically organised around concrete reseach projects with short to medium term objectives and that are funded from different sources.
Some examples of these projects are:
- HUMANOBS: Humanoids that Learn Socio-communicative Skills by Imitation, funded by the European Comission IST Programme.
- COMPARE: A Component Approach to Real-time and Embedded, funded by the European Comission IST Programme.
- MERCED: A Market Enable for Re-targettable COTS, Funded by the Spanish Ministry of Industry through the European-wide ITEA programme.
- ICEA: Integrating Cognition, Emotion and Autonomy, funded by the European Commision IST programme.
- C3: Conscious Cognitive Control, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science
More information can be found on the specific pages for these projects in the menu at the left. Alive projects have specific menu entries. Past projects can be found under the "Past Projects" entry.
